The BD100 champions the top business development professionals in agency-land, celebrating the teams and individuals that drive growth and opportunities within their companies.

The Hall of Fame welcomes new business leaders who have featured in The BD100 for five consecutive years.

To date there are 26 members of the Hall of Fame and the ranks of this exclusive, elite club will grow once more when the annual BD100 Awards take place on May 20th 2026.

BD100 Co-founder Rich McHardy says, “In an increasingly competitive market, members of The BD100’s community need every advantage to stay ahead. Tracksuit’s platform not only helps BDs to pitch new business with more brand insight, but it also supports agency growth by tracking existing client brands too.”

The evening will include a keynote address from marketer and founder of the Slow The F*ck Down movement Emma Harris, along with panels and fireside chats with members of The BD100’s community, including past winners and Hall of Fame members.
