Now in its third year, The BD100 celebrates the best in the business – of business development, those brilliant agency superstars who have kept driving their teams forward in these most challenging times.
After receiving hundreds of glowing nominations from across the industry, a judging process then ranked business developers based on success, motivation and personality to arrive at our top 100. You can see this year’s 100 below.

The BD100 will be celebrated and the Business Developer of The Year and Rising Star winners announced at the Winning Together event on Thursday 26th November, in partnership with The BD100 and The Drum.
Winning Together will unite the business development community and agency leaders to share insight and experiences, combining high-profile speakers, live panel discussions and interactive coaching sessions. The line-up includes Sam Conniff (Author, Be More Pirate), Camilla Harrisson (CEO, Anomaly), Jerry Daykin (Senior Media Director, GSK). Sherilynn Shackell (Founder, The Marketing Academy) and Jemima Monies (Managing Partner, adam&eveDDB).
